FAQs
About the Company
We’re Wanderly Tours LLC a real travel company registered in Wyoming and operated by our team in New York. We’ve been running for just over a year. We help Americans plan international trips from guided group tours to fully custom private itineraries. We’re not a big faceless agency. We’re real people who genuinely love travel and put serious attention into every single trip we run.
We’re registered in Wyoming that’s pretty common for small American businesses because of the legal protections it offers. But our actual team? We’re in New York. That’s where we pick up the phone, plan your trips, and stress about your itinerary at 11pm the night before you fly out. Both are real Wyoming is our legal home, New York is where we actually work.
Great question and we’re glad you asked. Wyoming is where we’re legally registered as an LLC this is completely standard and thousands of American businesses do exactly this. Our actual team operates from New York. So Google shows New York because that’s where we physically work. Neither is wrong they serve different purposes. You can verify our Wyoming LLC registration publicly on the Wyoming Secretary of State’s website.
Yes. We’re a real LLC registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State. We’re not a marketplace, not a middleman, not a fake website. We are real people who personally plan, coordinate, and support every trip from start to finish. We’ve been operating for just over a year. You can look us up on the Wyoming Secretary of State’s business registry, check our Trustpilot page, and reach out to us directly before paying anything. We welcome verification it means you’re a serious traveler.
No. We completely understand why people ask this there are a lot of fake travel companies out there and you should always be cautious. We’re a real registered LLC. Our clients have traveled with us to Japan, Thailand, Germany, France, Turkey, and more. Our reviews mention specific team members by name and specific moments from their trips. You can’t fake that kind of detail. If you have any doubts, please reach out to us directly before booking anything.
Just over one year. We’re a young company which is exactly why our review count is still growing. But every review we have is 100% genuine, unpaid, and from real clients who traveled with us. We’re new, not fake.
Absolutely please do. Our LLC registration is publicly searchable on the Wyoming Secretary of State’s website. Our Trustpilot and Google profiles are there. You can email us, call us, or message us before committing to a single dollar. If a company makes it hard to verify them, that tells you everything you need to know. We make it easy on purpose.
Reviews & Trust
Every single one. We won’t pretend there are loads of them we’re only a year old and still growing. But not one was paid for, incentivized, or written by us. Read them properly clients mention specific people on our team by name, specific moments from their trip. That’s what genuine looks like. If you want to speak to a past client directly, just ask us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Honestly? Because we just turned one. Wanderly Tours has only been running for a year, so yes the review count is still small. But look at what those reviews actually say. Clients mention specific team members by name, specific moments from their trips. You can’t fake that kind of detail. We’re new, not fake and every trip we run adds another real story to that list.
You can find our reviews on Trustpilot search for wanderlytours.us. We’re also on Google. We encourage you to read them before booking and to ask us any questions you have. We have nothing to hide.
Bookings & Packages
Our packages typically include accommodations, airport transfers, guided experiences, and selected activities as outlined in your itinerary. Inclusions vary by destination, and a detailed breakdown is provided to you before you confirm anything. Nothing is hidden. What we tell you upfront is what you pay.
No. What we tell you upfront is what you pay. We’ve had clients tell us they were genuinely surprised nothing extra showed up at the end and honestly that shouldn’t be surprising, but in this industry it apparently is. We think that’s just basic honesty, not something worth bragging about.
Both. We offer private tours and small group options. Many of our US clients prefer private tours for added flexibility and comfort, but group departures are available for select destinations. Just tell us what you prefer and we’ll recommend the right option for your travel style.
Yes. We can recommend and coordinate international flight options from major US airports based on your schedule, comfort preferences, and routing. The final booking is always made with your approval we never book anything without your sign-off.
We recommend booking 2 to 4 months in advance, especially for peak travel seasons and holidays. Early planning ensures better hotel availability and smoother logistics overall. That said, reach out even if your trip is closer we’ll always tell you honestly what’s possible.
Cancellation terms vary by destination and season. We are always upfront about these before you confirm any booking nothing is buried in fine print. Reach out to us and we’ll give you the exact terms for your specific trip before you commit to anything.
Yes, absolutely. Whether you have a dream trip you’ve been planning for years or just a rough idea of where you want to go, we can build a custom itinerary around you. No cookie-cutter packages here every Wanderly trip is built for the specific person taking it.
We’ve run trips to Japan, Thailand, Germany, France, Turkey (Istanbul), and more. We work with destinations worldwide and can advise on the best fit for your travel style, budget, and timeframe. If you have somewhere specific in mind, just ask us if we haven’t run it yet, we’ll tell you honestly.
It depends on the country and your travel pace. Some destinations are ideal for 7 to 10 days, while others benefit from a longer multi-city itinerary. We’ll give you an honest recommendation based on what you actually want to experience not just what fills up a package.
Many of our destinations are family-friendly, offering structured sightseeing, accessible transportation, and quality accommodations. Tell us the ages of your children and your travel style and we’ll recommend the right countries and itinerary for your family.
Payments & Safety
We don’t ask for wire transfers, we don’t ask for anything unusual. Secure payment, clear terms, no surprises. And if you’re still not comfortable don’t pay yet. Talk to us first, ask every question you have. We’d genuinely rather lose a booking than have someone feel pressured into it.
We use secure, traceable payment methods. We never ask for wire transfers, gift cards, or any unusual payment methods those are red flags in this industry and you should walk away from any company that asks for them. If anyone claiming to be Wanderly Tours asks you for a wire transfer, contact us immediately.
Then you message us and we fix it. We had a client land in Phuket who couldn’t find their driver we WhatsApped them before they even had a chance to panic and got it sorted on the spot. That’s not a one-off. That’s how we operate, every trip, every destination. Our team is reachable via WhatsApp throughout your journey.
Yes. We provide responsive support throughout your journey via WhatsApp. Questions before you go, issues while you’re there we’re reachable. We don’t disappear after you book. That’s probably the biggest difference between Wanderly and a lot of other companies in this space.

Contact & Next Steps
The best first step is to reach out to us directly. Tell us where you want to go, roughly when, and how many people are traveling. We’ll come back to you with ideas and options no pressure, no commitment required just to have that conversation.
You can reach us through our website at wanderlytours.us. We’re also reachable via WhatsApp for quick questions. We’re real people you’ll hear back from an actual human, not an auto-reply.
A few things. We’re small, which means every trip gets personal attention. We’re transparent we’ll tell you what’s included, what isn’t, what things cost, and what to watch out for. We’re reachable while you’re traveling, not just while you’re booking. And we’re honest about being a young company we don’t pretend to be something we’re not. For a lot of travelers, that combination is exactly what they’ve been looking for.
